Donovan Bertsch of Bottineau, N.D., has been elected to the board of directors of Starion Financial, Bismarck, N.D. Bertsch is president of Theel Inc., a General Motors dealer in Bottineau. He is also a partner in B&B Properties and Holdings and Stone Creek Operating. He was formerly assistant manager at North Central Electric Cooperative. He is a regional vice chairman of the National Automobile Dealers Association and past president of the Automobile Dealers Association of North Dakota. He received Time Magazine's Quality Dealer Award in 2005. Bertsch had been a member of the board of directors for Security State Bank since 2007.
