Park Bank provides extra $500,000 investment in workforce housing fund

Madison, Wis.-based Park Bank approved an additional $500,000 investment in the Dane Workforce Housing Fund..The fund was initiated in 2020 by Madison-based Economic Stability Council, which works to ease the shortage of affordable housing in Dane County. The Dane Workforce Housing Fund has raised $11.8 million from 14 investors — including a $1 million investment from Park Bank — and constructed 747 new housing units. ."At Park Bank, we believe in the power of collaboration to create positive change," said CEO Ken Lammersfeld.
