Applicants were also required to pen an essay on community service and involvement. .The scholarship program was launched in April 2021. This year's application launched in March and was available to graduating high school seniors. GeorgiaRae Samuelson of Waunakee, who graduated from Waunakee High School and will continue her education at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Maddelyn Webster of Waterloo, who graduated from Waterloo High School and will attend the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire this fall as a nursing major.
