Minnesota bank names board chair, announces staff promotions

Community Bank Owatonna named Gregg Draeger board chair. .A longtime partner with accounting firm CliftonLarsonAllen, Draeger has focused on private community banks throughout his 37-year career with the company.."The Board of Directors of Community Bank Owatonna are pleased to have Gregg leading the bank," said President/CEO Steve Grams.
