Reitsma was most recently executive vice president and chief operating officer of the holding company. He has been with the bank for 20 years and was instrumental in its merger with Firstbank Corporation. He will continue to serve as president of the bank and director of both Mercantile and the bank. .Scott Setlock has been appointed as executive vice president, chief operating officer, and secretary of the holding company and as secretary of the bank. Setlock, with 20 years of experience at the bank, remains EVP and COO.
