Evans Bank is acquiring an Idaho branch from Billings, Mont.-based First Interstate Bank. .The branch, in the central Idaho community of Ketchum, includes First Interstate's Ketchum branch deposit accounts, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit and individual retirement accounts along with safe deposit box relationships. .The acquisition is expected to be finalized in August. ."We are confident that D.L.
