First Midwest completes acquisition

First Midwest Bancorp, Inc., Itasca, Ill., completed its acquisition of The National Bank & Trust Company of Sycamore, Ill..At the time of the merger on March 17, NB&T had $665 million in assets and an additional $700 million in trust assets under administration.
