Northwest Bank donated $50,000 to Iowa-based WesleyLife Meals on Wheels earlier this month..The West Des Moines-based bank, with locations across Iowa and Nebraska, said it values the partnership, because it goes beyond delivering nutritious meals. Regional Bank President Travis Simpson said the program also “provides companionship, peace of mind, and essential support to those who rely on these services every day.” In a social-media post acknowledging the contribution, WesleyLife said the support reduces food insecurity and helps the organization conduct “important well-being checks for older adults and military veterans across Central Iowa.”
