Premier Banks of Minnesota expanded its presence in Rochester with the opening of a new branch on the northwest side of the city..The 14,000-square-foot facility, at 3800 U.S. Hwy. 52, features office space, conference rooms, and a second-floor outdoor patio. The building also includes more than 3,000 square feet of leasable space on its third floor. Bank leaders said the branch blends into the surrounding community while keeping a classic look. The branch features open layouts, modern lighting and glass accents.“We’re excited to open the doors of our new 37th Street location and invite the community to come see what Premier Bank Minnesota has to offer,” the bank said in its announcement.Premier Bank Minnesota and its affiliate Premier Bank operate 20 offices across the state, including four in Rochester.
