Dayspring Bank, Gothenburg, Neb., is expanding in the Omaha metro by acquiring Waterloo, Neb.-based Foundation One Bank. .The deal is expected to close later this year. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.As of April, Foundation One Bank had $200 million in assets, $174 million in deposits and three branches, two in Omaha and one in Waterloo, 20 miles west of downtown Omaha. Dayspring Bank had $1.1 billion in assets, $919 million in deposits and eight branches in Nebraska.
