Lake City Bank, a $3.4 billion bank based in Warsaw, Ind., has announced a branch development plan to build three more branches in the Indianapolis market over the next year and a half. The plan would bring the bank's total footprint in the market to five locations with one location opening before the end of the year, and another two opening in late 2015 and early 2016.
