Investor group to acquire Uinta Bank in Wyoming

Jackson, Wyo.-based investor group Integra BG LLC is acquiring Uinta Bank, according to an Oct. 15 LinkedIn post from the investor group..Uinta Bank, which is headquartered in the southwestern Wyoming town of Mountain View, will be renamed Tanager Bank. The acquisition brings “a Wyoming chartered, FDIC-insured, full-service banking institution to Teton County in early 2026, while providing enhanced banking technology to the existing Uinta Bank clients and communities,” according to the bank. As of June 30, Uinta Bank had $208 million in assets, $195 million in deposits and $75 million in net loans and leases. Integra BG was established last year to bring a local bank to Jackson following the 2022 acquisition of the Bank of Jackson Hole by National Bank Holdings Corporation. The investor group planned to acquire an in-state financial institution, undertake a private capital raise and establish new technology across markets.
