Wisconsin-based Forward Insurance to buy insurance agency

Marshfield, Wis.-based Forward Insurance is expanding its presence in central and northern Wisconsin by acquiring Hadden Insurance Agency..The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of this year and will include moving Hadden Insurance Agency's office into the Forward Bank facility being remodeled and expanded in Rib Lake, Wis. Forward Bank is the parent company of Forward Insurance. .A press release states that Hadden Insurance Agency customers will be contacted directly by the insurance team and continue to have access to the same insurance agents and staff. ."Hadden Insurance Agency customers will not need to do anything different during the transition to Forward Insurance," said Forward Bank CEO William Sennholz. "Forward Insurance is excited to join forces with an agency that shares our dedication to community and customers. This is well-timed with the entrance of Forward Bank into the Rib Lake area."
