First Northern Advisors recently expanded its wealth management platform by acquiring Roseville, Calif.-based independent financial advisory firm Beacon Wealth Strategies. .The deal was announced Feb. 17. First Northern Advisors is a division of Dixon, Calif.-based First Northern Bank. The $1.9 billion bank has more than a dozen branches in California along with $1.6 billion in deposits and $1.05 billion in net loans and leases. Beacon Wealth Strategies is owned and operated by Tom Cicchini and headquartered in the Sacramento metro. Cicchini is expected to join First Northern Advisors ahead of his planned retirement at the end of June.
