During its annual convention in Des Moines this afternoon, the Iowa Bankers Association awarded its James A. Leach Leadership Award to the father-son duo of John and Steve Goodenow of Bank Midwest and Goodenow Bancorporation in Spirit Lake, Iowa. The award recognizes distinguished Iowans who have made significant, lifelong contributions to the banking industry and the communities it serves.
