Country Club to acquire Kansas bank

Kansas City, Mo.-based CCB Financial Corporation, the holding company for Country Club Bank, agreed to acquire Bank of the Prairie of Olathe, Kan..The deal, set to close early next year, will add two branches to Country Club's footprint, bringing its branch total to 21.."We're excited to offer our clients the even more robust financial and wealth management solutions that Country Club Bank brings to the table," said Chris Donnelly, president and CEO of the $143 million Bank of the Prairie.
