Sterling Simonson
Sterling Simonson was promoted to chief credit officer at Charles City, Iowa-based First Security Bank & Trust.
Simonson joined the bank last summer as credit manager with decades of financial experience. He started his career after graduating from Iowa State University as a bank examiner for the Iowa Division of Banking. He later spent 22 years at an Iowa bank, eventually becoming operations manager and chief credit officer.
“Sterling brings a wealth of experience in analyzing and structuring loans in ways that benefit customers and that turn their loan applications into loan approvals,” said President/CEO Brad Miller.
